The Eternal Pump

The Eternal Pump is a series of fifty generative works made with JavaScript and GLSL, released on Art Blocks on 22 February 2021. Concentric forms, shifting light, and continuous motion give each work its own rhythm.
Its title refers to the crypto meme “respect the pump.” In the speculative climate surrounding its release, Cherniak turned his attention toward the community of collectors. That relationship later became the starting point for The Wrapture.
